We're here to satisfy our customers!

All orders (aside from device only) require a credit check by Sprint. While sometimes this process is very quick, in
some cases Sprint must process your application manually and this can add a delay.

Once you have been approved by Sprint your order will ship as soon as possible, usually the same day.

Every device we ship is checked and pre-activated before it leaves the warehouse. This insures that the device will work for you right out of the box!
