We're here to satisfy our customers!
All orders (aside from
device only) require a credit check by Sprint. While sometimes this process is
very quick, in
some cases Sprint must process your application manually and this can add a
delay.
Once you have been approved by Sprint your order will ship as soon as possible, usually the same day.
Every device we ship is checked and pre-activated before it leaves the warehouse. This insures that the device will work for you right out of the box!
We currently offer two shipping options for our phones:
Standard (about 2 days) - (FREE)
Next Business Day ($19.99)

You will be notified by e-mail when your order has shipped.
Your shipment will always have an online tracking number.
We generally ship to the same address to
which your credit card is billed - contact us if
this is a problem.
